How to make "Chawanmushi"

To make Chawanmushi, the first thing you need is "cawan". That is cup in the Malay language  ;-p  Ok, ok.. bad joke... 
Preferable to use cups that are made of ceramic/clayware.

Add     2 Crabstick (cut)
Add     8 Chicken shreds (prefer cooked)
Add     2 mushroom (soaked & sliced)
Add     Prawn (1each)
*optional, can add scallop (1 each)
Divide equally into cups

Add     3 Eggs
Add     40ml Japanese Soy Sauce
Add     400ml water
Add     a pinch of pepper
Beat the above ingredients & sift with mesh strainer into the cups
Cover the top of cups with their cover or aluminum foil (shiny side down)
Steam for 10 minutes


Serve... Yumm....  ;-P
