How to make Pumpkin thongsui dessert

This dessert is a delicious thongsui, best eaten hot/warm.. I like to blend it for the smoother texture. Pumpkin is very nutritious & is good for man's prostrate gland.

Step 1
Add     1 kg Pumpkin (cut into half)
Cast away the seed, steam until the flesh is soft (about 10-15 minutes)

Scoop off the flesh, then mash (or blend for smoother texture)
Put in a container
Step 2
Add     2 liter Water
Add     3-5 Pandan leaves
Add     Sugar 150g
Add     Sago 100g
On fire/power& stir
Stir continuously until Sago become transparent (about 15-20 minutes)
Add in the blended pumpkin and let it boil
Add 250ml of Milk (or 1 Santan & a pinch of salt)
Stir continuously until it boils.
Turn off fire/power after it boils.
Ready to serve.
